Orders can be shipped Australia-wide or selected for in-store collection at checkout.

All orders are carefully packed and processed on Tuesdays and Fridays. Once dispatched, parcels are shipped via Australia Post with tracking provided where possible.

At checkout, you will see your item details, delivery option, and estimated delivery timeframe. Where available, express shipping may be selected for an additional fee.

Delivery times vary depending on your location, product availability, and order time. While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by postal service delays outside our control.

Returns and exchanges are assessed on a case-by-case basis. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item(s) with your order details and photographs where relevant. We will work with you to find a reasonable solution.

Returns or exchanges may be approved for items that arrive damaged, faulty or significantly different from their description. Change-of-mind returns are not guaranteed and will depend on the individual circumstances of the order.

Approved returns must be sent back in original condition and packaging. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged in transit. Custom or commissioned pieces are generally non-returnable unless faulty.
