This book consists of eighteen separate social stories to assist children with an Autism Spectrum Disorder to communicate at home and in school. Each page provides the words a child needs to use in everyday situations. Each story is accompanied by a simple drawing by illustrator, Richard Marman.
Stories include: Getting Someone’s Attention, Starting a Conversation, Interrupting, Asking Someone to Play, What if a Person Says No?, Asking for Help, and Waiting in Line.
