Pictorial History of Scarborough State School: 1925 to 1985, Duane Hart
Scarborough State School officially opened on March 9, 1925, with just 30 students and a single classroom on Eversleigh Road. Over the last century, it has grown into one of the largest schools in the Moreton Bay region, expanding to around 780 students while retaining historical trees planted during Arbor Days since 1926.
This book is a beautifully put together account of the first 60 years from the School's opening. Includes colour and black and white photography, with short, detailed descriptions. A perfect piece of interesting local memorabilia to add to you collection.
